The EY7542LZ2S impact mechanism provides torque up to 140Nm which enables easy fixing of screw anchors up to 7.5mm or bolt tightening up to 10mm. For precise screw setting in softer materials such as wood, the Drill & Driver mode offers a torque clutch with 21 fine adjusted stages.

The Panasonic EY754LZ2S uses lithium-ion battery technology which has a number of advantages, the batteries have no memory effect which allows them to be recharged before they are completely discharged, they are up to 40% lighter than a NiCD or NiMH battery and they also maintain their charge noticeably longer which provides increased productivity.
