The C12DD comes complete with 2 x 1.5Ah Li-ion batteries, superior to their NiMH counterparts. No memory effect allows them to be charged whenever you like, lightweight at up to 40% of a simillar sized NiCD or NiMH battery. Plus they do not bleed their charge when unused.
