BSS501Z Makita lithium-ion cordless circular saw is lightweight and compact.
The BSS501Z provides an easy to trace cutting line with the LED job light and built-in blow-off nozzle.
The Makita BSS501Z uses lithium-ion battery technology which has a number of advantages, the batteries have no memory effect which allows them to be recharged before they are completely discharged, they are up to 40% lighter than a NiCD or NiMH battery and they also maintain there charge noticeably longer which provides increased productivity.
