The Makita BLS713RFE 190mm slide compound mitre saw is one of the latest additions to the Makita LXT 18V Lithium-ion range.
Featuring a 190mm blade diameter the BLS713RFE boasts some impressive and versatile cutting depths. 4 Short steel poles instead of 2 long poles provide vibration free, precise and exact cutting. Compact design ensures the Makita BLS713RFE is easily portable around the jobsite despite its large 300mm cutting capacity. 4 Linear ball bearings support the 4 poles giving the BLS713RFE a smooth and precise sliding cut.
The Makita BLS713RFE uses Lithium-ion battery technology which has a number of advantages; the batteries have no memory effect which allows them to be recharged before they are completely discharged, they are up to 40% lighter than an NiCD or NiMH battery and they also maintain their charge noticeably longer which provides increased productivity.
