The Makita BGD800Z high speed 18V Li-ion die grinder is supplied with a 6mm collet as standard. It allows the fitting of tungsten burrs, mounted points and any other 6mm spindle tooling rated to a maximum speed of 25000rpm. Mainly used in the engineering trade for cleaning welds and for de-burring the inside of tubes and pipes the BGD800Z has also been adopted by the woodworking trade for engraving and sculpting of wood.
