The Hitachi C8FSE Slide Compound Mitre Saw is a must for any self respecting tradesman. Lightweight at only 14kg the Hitachi C8FSE is extremely portable, making transportation to and around the worksite easy. This portability however does not mean the C8FSE lacks any power. With a powerful 1050w motor and a No Load Speed of 5500rpm the Hitachi C8FSE is both powerful and fast, surpassing many of its rivals in terms of operating power and efficiency.

Innovative twin horizontal rails give the C8FSE a maximum cutting width of 312mm, whilst a linear ball bearing slide system improves cutting accuracy and provides maximum support when performing large material cuts at any angle. Positive stops on the mitre and bevel scales make measurements easier to read and allow for quick a quick set up.

The Hitachi C8FSE features a ergonomic vertical handle with a soft, vibration reducing elastomer for ease of use and even greater accuracy.

Other features of the Hitachi C8FSE include electronic speed control, for maintaining a consistant rpm whilst cutting, a splinter guard for reducing tear out and increased safety and an adjustable pivoting fence for improved stability whilst cutting.
