From the 1st October 2004 we will no longer be offering loyalty points, for orders place with us online.

At ITS we are always listening to the views of our customers, in order to improve our service, and in doing so it had become apparent the vast majority of our customers would rather see lower prices on our site and in our catalogue than be offered a loyalty point scheme.

We will, of course, honour all loyalty points which you may have earned, since this scheme was introduced and if you have loyalty points that you wish to redeem you can do so by simply contacting us, either by email or telephone.

We hope that you like our new web site and enjoy the price reductions we have made.
